There are many divots in the overpainted areas as well as
multiple areas of active cracking, cleavage, and flaking of the
paint down to the plaster of the wall. Deterioration in this panel
is obviously active and on-going.
There is a large crack extending through the lower edge of the
frame and up into the painted panel.
