“Emergence Christianity – Christianity for Our Time?” – Adult Education, Begins next Sunday, January 13, 9:45am in the Parish House. Emergence Christianity is sometimes used to describe changes in Christianity over the last 40 years and the directions it may take in the future. After an introduction the first week, we will look at three writers – Phyllis Tickle, Diana Butler Bass and Brian McLaren – for their insights into this phenomena. We will see both video excerpts from interviews as well as read excerpts of their writings.
