Today’s loose offering goes to Catherine’s discretionary fund which is used to help people in need in this area.
Catherine will be on vacation on Sunday, Aug. 19th and with the mission team on Sunday, Aug. 26. Please call Linda Beck for any pastoral emergencies.

Please keep the mission team in your prayers as we prepare for our mission trip in August. This Sunday we will provide a blessing for them. The Fisher Family, Eunice and Roger Key, Cookie and Johnny Davis, Elizabeth and Jim Heimbach, Wendy Gayle and Catherine Hicks will be helping to distribute clothes to 1000 school children on Staten Island the third week in August.
It’s school supply time. August 19th is the last Sunday for collection. Using the list provided from the Caroline County Dept of Social Services, you can purchase school supplies for children in Caroline County. Bring them to church and place them in the back pew, and Fred Pannell will deliver them to Social Services for you. Thanks for your contributions!
Donation of Magazines and Newspapers for Salem Baptist. Hugh D’Aguilar will pick these up and the proceeds will go to assist the King George Animal Shelter and St. Jude’s Medical Center.
