Welcome to St. Peter’s! Our hope is that you will find God’s love present with you in this place and that you will return here often. Our communion bread is gluten free.

Happy Birthday! – Virginia Fall (Feb. 27), Mary Ann Betchy, Barbara Wisdom (Feb. 28)

On the Sundays during Lent we will be using the Rite I service from the Book of Common Prayer. Please note that missing during this season will be “Our Father’s God to thee” in the Prayers of the People, and our Alleluias will also be absent in this season of penitence.

Sundays at 10AM in the Parish House during Lent–Learn more about various ways of praying. Next Sunday, March 1 –Lectio Divina is a way of praying with scripture. Learning about this practice will give you a new way to pray and also a way to read scripture that can bring you into God’s presence to rest and to listen for what God is hoping to say to you.

Noonday Prayer at noon in the Parish House, and Evening Prayer at 7PM in the church will take place every Wednesday during Lent, beginning this Wednesday, February 25th. This week’s Evening Prayer service will be Rite I from the Book of Common Prayer.  

On the Web–Daily Lenten Study began Feb. 18 – In a series of short daily videos, the Brothers of the Society of St John the Evangelist invite us to recapture time as a gift and discover how to experience the joy of the present moment. Ladies Night Out, March 14, 2014, 6pm. Please let Bill Wick or Fred Pannell know if you are planning to attend and what food you are bringing. You will also need to bring a bottle of wine and the necessary serving pieces as well. Donation is $50 a couple. The evening’s entertainment this year will be a murder mystery game.
