Food, fun, and learning for all the week of August 12th. Our version of Vacation Bible School! We will gather for a simple snack supper each night at 6PM followed by learning for all from 6:30 to 7:30. Backyard Kid’s Club includes crafts, fun and learning for the children, and Catherine will be leading a discussion group on Galatians for adults. This program is for everyone in Port Royal who’d like to come, so please spread the word.
Volunteers needed to help with our Vacation Bible School. We have lots of different things for volunteers to do. Even if you can’t be present every night of the program, we could still use your help. Please call Catherine (540) 898-1586 for more information. Thanks to those who have already volunteered.
Calling all gardeners! For a future web article we would like to spotlight gardeners at St. Peter’s (both flower and vegetable gardeners). We are looking for pictures and descriptions of your garden. Also, does gardening have a spiritual component for you? Upload as many pictures and descriptions as you like to churchsp.org/photo or email it to Catherine. We would like to wrap this up by Sunday, August 4. Thanks for your help.
Forward Movement for Aug., Sept. and Oct. is in the back pew.
