Miscellaneous
If a member of the Board
resigns, dies, or is removed, the
Board of Trustees shall
recommend a replacement to
the Vestry, via the Rector, for its
approval.
All Board members serve at
the pleasure of the Vestry.
Accordingly, Board members
may be removed by majority
vote of the Vestry. In the case
of a vacancy on the Board,
whether due to resignation,
removal or death, the Vestry
shall appoint a successor to fill
the remainder of the term of
the vacating Board member.
The successor to the vacated
position may be reappointed
to the Board once for a full
term upon expiration of the
original term.
Miscellaneous
The proceeds of the sale of any
real estate which is given to
the Parish, and not otherwise
designated,shall be
transferred to the
Endowment Fund at the
closing of the sale of such real
estate.
The Board can recommend to
the Vestry to retain or sell real
property that is specifically
deeded to the Fund. Real
property not deeded to the
Endowment Fund but to St
Peter's Episcopal Church will be
retained or sold by the Vestry.
